How is transportation carried out?
We are aware of the importance and how delicate it is to transport wine. That is why we ship in reinforced cardboard boxes, to prevent contact from causing breakage.
What agency manages shipments?
We work with several transport agencies, all with experience and guaranteeing the minimum of incidents.
- Standard shipping
Standard shipping has a delivery time of 24 to 48 hours (national) and a cost of €9.90

For orders over €120 or as a member of THE CLUB, shipping will be free to any part of the national territory.

What to do if a bottle has broken?
There is always the possibility of breakage occurring, although our shipments are designed to avoid any incident. Always remember to check the order at the time of receipt, since transport agencies do not allow the return of the merchandise even if the customer opens it in their presence, but you can check the box from the outside and if you detect any humidity in the box or suspicious noise, do not accept the order. The agency itself will notify us about the incident and we will automatically send a new shipment at no cost to the client.
What to do if the order is incomplete or does not correspond to what I purchased?
It is possible that the order arrives incomplete, so if this occurs, we apologize. Our number of incidents is practically non-existent since we have highly qualified staff. If we have made an error in the preparation of your order simply send an email to:
